Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, support and coaching as needed to ensure success.
- Recruit, onboard and train new real estate agents
- Recruit seasoned agents to help train and mentor newly licensed real estate agents
- Remain up to date on real estate regulations and inform agents of any changes to help agents meet compliance standards and avoid errors as they complete transactions.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the team is operating at peak efficiency
- Provide leadership and positive team culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and growth.
- Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws
- Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage.
Requirement
- Must have a managing broker’s license in the state of Mississippi
- At least 5 years of experience as a licensed, actively practicing agent at a real estate company
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- A proven track record of success in real estate sales and management
- The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- A Bachelor's Degree in business management, real estate or related field preferred.
