Warehouse Manager
Family owned 3PL warehouse is looking for a qualified individual to oversee a 240,000 square foot complex in South Suburbs. Must have 8-10 years’ experience in chemical and industrial warehouse settings.
- Oversee multiple dshift operations with 25-35 employees, foreman, and supervisors, office Manager and 8 csr staff.
- Oversee daily operations for customers and personnel
- Oversee inventory, cycle counting programs for customers
- Excellent time management skills to control labor and expenses.
- Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and vendors
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and related programs.
- Improve on quality practices and support company policies.
- Knowledge of DHS, DOT, OSHA, FDA, and EPA practice a plus.
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish and English).
- Control costs on labor and supplies.
- Reports directly to the VP of Operations.
- Capable to work OT, weekends, and off shifts when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,220.75 - $95,127.29 per year
