We’re hiring a Plant HR Manager.
Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a Plant HR Manager for its manufacturing facility in Franklin, OH to provide support to management on human resources issues.
You’ll work on challenges that matter.
This job will require you to:
- Assist the Plant Manager in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
- Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level.
- Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
- Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.
- Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
- Report HR key figures.
- Develop plant headcount and personnel cost budget in collaboration with the Finance Controller.
- Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence System.
- Report relevant HR information to the Division.
- Ensure site compliance with ADA, FMLA, EEO, AAP, … regulations.
- Act as site communication correspondant.
- Adhere to the Code of Ethics.
- Adhere to the Code of Management.
The ideal candidate.
To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an HR function within a industrial environment.
- A good knowledge of employment law.
- Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems.
- International mindset.
- Results oriented.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
