Director FP&A has the following key functions:
- Oversees the Annual Budget and the QTRly forecasting process and drives improvements among affiliates
- Maintains and develops forecasting volume and revenue model based on the historical pricing mix trends
- Manages Host –Netsuite integration and subsequent affiliate forecasting/reporting
- Supports the Sr. Director in implementation of contract pricing with the BI coding development team
- Provides sr leadership and C-suite with key financial performance information and analysis as directed
- Develops financial models, KPI and drives continuous improvements within the forecasting/billing process
- Enhances financials by analyzing results, monitoring variances and identifying trends
What you will do for Fay:
- Provide direction and supervision for key staff members
- Very strong with key analytical tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SQL quarry, Power BI and graphing programs
- Able to communicate effectively with senior BU executive and C- Suite executive management
- Meets reporting and compliance deadlines
- Very strong ability to summarize results
- Very strong understanding of analytical project’s scale and ability to communicate the resources required
- Very strong understanding of mortgage operations and reporting requirements to manage the business
- Development of dept. / entity budgets and key management-level reporting summaries
- Ability to analyze and tie-in cost reporting to budgets and can communicate and explain variances to forecast
- Demonstrates exceptional responsiveness to clients, audit groups and regulatory groups
- Can appropriately resource requirements and documentation requests
- Can supervise, direct and motivate staff while and accomplish goals
What you will bring to Fay:
- CFA, CPA, CMA designation
- Multiple years in profession as a key senior or manager position
- High level of analytical skills for analyzing results and projected future results
- Very good reporting, summarization and communications skills
- High level knowledge of entire company data and information systems
- Understanding of resource requirements for financial tasks
- Management of professional level staffs or teams and has reported directly to Sr. level management
- 2 plus years or equivalent financial analysis and or forecast experience
- Above average accounting software knowledge and organizational and recordkeeping skills
- Very good excel and other MS office systems knowledge
