Job Description
The Sales Manager – Reporting to the Head of Sales – is responsible for building the sales team in general, with an objective of recruiting Sales Team Leaders that are capable of establishing a strong network of Agents, aiming to reach out to potential clients and customers, help them apply for products and follow up on the whole sales team performance. He maintains relations with the leads generating entities. His main scope is to boost and improve productivity in terms of quantity and quality.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Recruiting and Training Team Leaders.
- Responsible for following up on Team Leaders' Performances
- Responsible for following up on Applications with Operations Team.
- Responsible for increasing the quality of applications.
- Responsible for meeting/achieving the monthly KPIs and targets.
- Responsible for increasing the company sales production
- Responsible for managing and providing support to Team Leaders.
- Responsible for creating a monthly report to the Head of sales for the achievements, performance analysis, problems in the system, and suggested modifications.
- Responsible for investigating complaints if any.
- Observes, reviews and analyses processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
Qualifications
- Has an adequate knowledge about banking products.
- 3 – 6 years of sales experience
- Has a working experience in the insurance field
- Banking experience (Preferred)
- Good Mathematical Skills
- High communication skills
- Adequate knowledge of basic banking, Microfinance, and insurance products
- Good Arabic & English written/spoken.
- Good Computer Skills
