What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Mortgage Loan Originator position at FBC Mortgage LLC?
Essential Job Functions:
The Team Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for supporting sales and operations related activities throughout the loan process. They work with referral sources, borrowers and internal staff to ensure loans are supported and provide the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has strong communication skills and is sales oriented. In addition to providing support, the Team MLO will have the ability to self- refer loans to the team. This position offers a base salary plus the ability to earn commissions once licensed. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule which may sometimes include evenings/weekends.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 2-4 years origination experience
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· GA Mortgage Loan Originator license preferred
· If not currently licensed, ability to obtain Mortgage Loan Originator license
