Job Title: Manager of Suite Sales

Reports To: Senior Director of Premium Sales & Business Development
Position Summary:
The Manager of Suite Sales will play a key role in creating new relationships in Greater Cincinnati, focusing on selling TQL Stadium’s suites. This role will be challenged with increasing existing revenue, selling FC Cincinnati suite inventory on an annual and single event basis, building successful business relationships, and crafting new leads through continuous prospecting and networking. This position will impact the organization’s strategic revenue growth through results and leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Achieve successful sales revenue goals including full suite lease sales, and hospitality packages
- Negotiate contract terms with C-suite decision makers
- Responsible for meeting with clients and prospects out of the office on a consistent basis
- Build new prospects by consistently networking and actively making sales calls to new clients
- Responsibility of selling suites for outside events in which FC Cincinnati controls inventory, i.e. concerts and international soccer matches.
- Assist in creation of long term suite selling strategy
- Execute effective corporate sales calls, emails and customized presentations promoting the purchase of premium ticket inventory to meet/exceed established sales objective
- Service all single match premium accounts at a high level with intentions to renew and upsell clients
- Comply with all departmental CRM guidelines to ensure information is accurate, deliverables are tracked and fulfilled, and account information is always up to date
- Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Premium Sales & Business Development
- Proactively anticipates, comprehends, and resolves suite needs and issues and tactfully handles and resolves them
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on business, management, sports, sales, or related field
- Proven track record of selling B2B and minimum five figure deals
- Proven ability to work in team environment and effectively influence and communicate with C-Level executives
- 3 years of relevant experience in sales; experience working in the sports and entertainment industry preferred
