Job Description
We are seeking a Work from Home Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, selling products and services of various clients contracted with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Maintain minimum sales performances.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Promotional Path:
- Full-Time (30-40 hours/week), Work from Home after four weeks training at the office.
Additional Compensation:
- Starting base $12/hourly commission (with bonus and commission, can earn $30/hour)

Hours and Location with available positions:
- Work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
- Work from Home agents must have a Windows 10 computer, USB Headset, High-Speed Internet Service, Web Cam.
- Training via ZOOM
AVERAGE PAY IS $22 PER HOUR WHEN CALCUALTED WITH WEEKLY BONUSES BUT THE TYPICAL RANGE IS $15 TO $30 PER HOUR
