BRAND MARKETING MANAGER SUMMARY:
At FEATURE marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. The Brand Marketing Manager will be hyper-focused in four key areas: content process & management, retail support, experiential marketing, and organic social media. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile brand marketing manager who’s eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and contributing to a positive team dynamic. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

ROLE OBJECTIVES:
- Manage strategic positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration cross functional partnership
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies for private label, retail and wholesale
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-generating tactics via content direction
- Enhance brand experience through all marketing touchpoints, including retail and partnership activations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help develop creative briefs and guide content direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Organize and maintain retail marketing content calendar, resulting in consistent content creation for each retail location
- Partner with creative team with vendors for window installations for each retail location
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
- Enhance retail activations with new ideas, partners and/or vendors
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current organic social marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Develop understanding of best practices for each social platform to maximize content and drive kpi’s
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Oversee social media content on all channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok.
- Work closely with digital coordinator on posting, messaging and implementation of social strategy
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing Director on effective use of influencers in content creation and organic social growth
- Work closely with Brand Marketing Director on strategic Go To Market execution of FEATURE Private Label product releases
- Manage process for 2nd tier activations with strategic partners, including communication with external partners and cross-functional leadership
SKILLS & COMMUNICATIONS:
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with project management platforms
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy, with emphasis on content ideation and deployment
- 3-5 years experience in brand marketing
- Proven success in executing multi faceted marketing campaigns
- Willingness to travel
- Established network within fashion, footwear industry

Salary : $63,500 - $80,400
