Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, who specializes in Medicare Advantage and Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Follow up on generated leads by our company, 25-50 per month
- Provide sales support to customers throughout the sales process
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure targets are met
- Specialize with Federal Employees and gain access to a great target market
- Upsell products or services to existing customers with our broad range of products
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build strong relationships
Requirements:
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in outside sales or software sales preferred
- Medicare licensed & Ahip Certified
- Ability to support the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Familiarity with sales pipeline management
- Proven ability in upselling techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
70% commission split on all Medicare services.
