Federal Companies is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team. Could you be that candidate?
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide strategic warehouse management to accomplish revenue and growth goals in accordance with organizational vision.
- Ensure operational effectiveness in all facets of warehouse management (supervision, organization, direction, training) to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
- Manage warehouse plan to maximize manning, equipment assignment, space availability, and work execution.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external customers on warehouse practices for receipt, storage, delivery, and accountability.
- Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with all organizational policies and State and Federal regulations/requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to inventory control and quality assurance.
Requirements Include:
· Four-year degree in a logistics or supply chain discipline preferred.
· 5 years of warehouse management experience
· 5 years of experience in the storage and shipping of hazardous materials domestically and internationally
· Excellent organizational and process creation skills
· Advanced skills with WMS, Excel, and MS Office software.
· Outstanding skills in leadership.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work and collaborate with all levels of the organization
