We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team at Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Wood River, IL! If you are someone with dealership sales experience who is wanting to grow your career in a great work environment, this could be the position for you!!
**Must have a minimum of 3 years of dealership sales experience to be considered**
Duties:
*Structure deals with sales staff for customers
*Work with sales staff to attain top sales goals and customer service
*Work with service department and outside vendors to achieve proper reconditioning of vehicle inventory
*Talk to customers to work through any customer satisfaction issues and achieve top CSI rankings with the manufacturer
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role or other
*Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand complex products and services
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
