Abilities/Knowledge/Skills considered a plus:
An Internal Auditor with a passion and dedication for collaboration, growth, and delivering outstanding customer experiences every day. A curious mindset and desire to learn the business of FedEx. The ability to build strong business relationships and deliver value that will continually enable Internal Audit to have a seat at the table as a trusted business partner.
Audit experience or exposure with the following key audit activities:- Planning, scoping, creating test programs
- Conducting audits
- Testing (in-person or remotely)
- Analyzing data or processes for risks and control gaps
- Writing reports that communicate results and recommendations
- Strong collaboration skills to effectively engage and communicate throughout the entire audit process
- Business related professional designations or Certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFE, or CISA
- Strategic business partner mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with various departments and leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Data-driven focus for analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Curious and problem-solver mindset (love new challenges and learning about various aspects of the business)
- Knowledge of Agile audit methodologies
Job Level:
- Salary and level will be commensurate with years of experience
- Appropriate education and skills in place of years of experience may be considered for an entry level position
Domicile Location:
- Internal Audit provides a hybrid office/home working experience with a high number of days working from home. Hybrid team members must be domiciled within a reasonable commuting distance of one of our primary office locations in Memphis, TN, or Pittsburgh, PA
- Requests for Remote work will be considered on a case-by-case basis based upon the needs of the position, business alignment, scope of the primary duties and assignments, and experience of the applicant.
- Relocation assistance may be available based upon business need.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Business-related bachelor’s degree: Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or other similarly related fields.
- Directly related experience in internal audit, public accounting, finance, consulting and/or information systems.
- Strong oral and written communication, human relations, and analytical skills required.
- Position may require domestic or international travel based upon individual audit needs
