Position Overview:

Execute data oversight strategy and metrics as set forth by the Manager, Sr. Manager, and Director

Adhere to data analytics & RMIS best practices
-
Escalate claim data quality and process related issues and recommend solutions for program/system improvement to manager
-
Provide insights and solutions on claim-related opportunities
-
Generate insights and understand the story linking multiple data points
-
Manage claims data quality, as appropriate, performing regular validations on user inputs and data transfers and reporting in the RMIS system
-
Design and run metrics and reports to identify focus files in need of claim oversight
-
Map business processes and generate reports/metrics for key stakeholders in the risk management and claims team(s), as well as across the Enterprise

Provide feedback on new processes/program enhancement to senior leadership
- Contribute to innovation initiatives

Timely response to ad hoc reporting requests

Timely delivery of scheduled reporting requirements

Accurate prioritization and staging of future reporting enhancements
- Monitoring of data accuracy and escalating recommendations to management to assure data consistency
- Under general supervision, designs and implements processes and solutions associated with a wide variety of data sets used for data/text mining, analysis to enable informed business decisions.

Gains insight into key business problems and deliverables by applying statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources.

Uses current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via an increasing understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
- Typically uses data, statistical and quantitative analysis, and fact-based management to drive decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or Finance.

Two (2) years’ work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics.

Proficient in analytics software and applications.

Good people skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
- Excel

- Python
Work/Domicile Location:
- This position may be located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Harrison, Arkansas; or Memphis, Tennessee.
