We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst- Vendor Management with a strong background in handling internal/external resourcing along with proven program management experience. This individual will play a critical role in establishing our vendor management practice, onboarding and offboarding vendors and influencing vendor selection and negotiation based on business unit need. The successful candidate will have the ability to work across a broad range of stakeholders, and will collaborate closely with technical leaders and stakeholders to create, implement, and enhance the vendor resourcing strategy, approach and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, sales, business administration or supply chain management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with communication skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Robust problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in dealing with vendors with negotiation and decision-making skills
Domicile / Relocation Information:
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States.
The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Ensure vendor permissions and roles are up to standards, meet with Vendor success managers and provide influence regarding vendor selection and negotiation. Build and maintain good relationships with already approved old and new vendors. Communicating with the vendors and performing the quality check, dealing with the price and improvements. Interacting with new vendors to explain the expectations and responsibilities. Establishing standards and analyzing based on them
- Contracts and invoices: Work with hiring managers on completing necessary forms and documentation to onboard and offboard vendors. Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolving any issues.
- Thought Leadership: Ensure our vendor management processes align with the current and future needs of the organization and industry trends.
- Program Management: Manage the portfolio of vendors and their contracts, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of the vendor partners. Regularly report to senior leadership on partner health, feedback, and recommendations for improvement. Identify tooling requirements to increase efficiency while improving governance and compliance for vendor management

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role.
