FedEx Delivery Bulk Driver

R2 Fusion, Inc., (FedEx Contractor) is seeking highly skilled and motivated FedEx Bulk Drivers to join our team in Mesquite. As a Bulk Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up packages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the commitment to excellence that FedEx is known for. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 5-day work week schedule (including a Saturday or Sunday each weekend). If you prefer a 6-day work week schedule, that option is also available! Weekly salaries range from $850-$925 based on a 5-day work schedule with the opportunity to earn bonuses each month.
Job Details/Requirements:
- Responsible for organizing packages on truck before routes are dispatched
- Perform vehicle inspections (pre-trip) before departing the terminal
- Ensure deliveries and pick-ups are met within designated windows
- Operate bulk vehicles safely & in accordance with DOT laws
- Perform post-trip inspections at the end of each route
- Provide excellent customer service
Other Job Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable bulk driving experience in the last 2 years
- Provide 2 professional references for employment verification purposes
- Must possess a professional appearance and wear company uniforms at all times
- Pass a drug test and extensive background screening (no felonies of any kind)
- Able to lift up to 150 pounds and climb stairs without difficulty
- Medical exam is required if DOT card has not been issued
- Experience in the package/delivery industry is preferred
- Able to work on a Saturday or Sunday each weekend
- Possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must be 21 or over with a valid driver's license
- Possess an energetic and positive attitude
- Possess reliable transportation
- High school diploma
