Office Manager
Local bulk terminal needing an experienced Office Manager. 75-year-old business located in Madison, IL. Comfortable corporate office setting in a local industrial park.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of office staff
Inventory management
Managing corporate objectives to onsite production team
Work closely with production, sales, and management teams to oversee product shipments nationwide
Job Qualifications:
Business degree or relevant work experience (5 years ) preferred
Strong office management background needed
Excellent communication skills a must
Self-starter
River, road or rail experience, a plus
Intermediate to high level Microsoft Office proficiency required (emphasis on Excel)
Pay: Salary commensurate with ability and experience
