You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals, managing and mentoring a team of insurance sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. A qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate proven success in previous sales roles, with 5 years of insurance sales experience. In addition to an annual base salary there are opportunities for additional compensation in the form of commissions and bonuses, with long-term advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Be a regular presence on zoom with Sales and Inside Sales Producers.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly training topics: Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Listen live and to previous call recordings with the intention of coaching better sales talk paths and execution.
- monitor one-on-one sales performance activities.
- Step in as needed to complete New Business for fellow Sales Team
- Audit all New business written in the Agency for accuracy, train staff where needed.
- Fill in on sales when short staff or as needed to ensure we are not missing
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Attend training and continuing education courses.
Requirements
Full-time employment: M-Th: 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. MST; F: 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. MST;
- Attend Zoom meeting platform during working hours to assist with Remote staff
- Present professional and organized each day.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Career minded vision.
- Successful sales background.

Salary : $85,000 - $150,000
