For family owned and operated fence company looking for SUMMER ( /- 4 MONTHS) sales and office help. Located in Harbor Point Stamford, CT. Casual atmosphere. 35-40 hours per week. Hours can be flexible. Construction or construction management exerience preferred. SOME SPANISH REQUIRED & SATURDAYS ARE A MUST!
- Type estimates and send to clients.
- Field phone calls, vet clients and set up estimate apppointments in a geographical sequence that makes sense.
- Confirm fence estimate appointments daily.
- Check and respond to emails daily.
- Provide material and ball park quotes.
- Sell material Over The Counter.
- Batch out credit card machine and rectify with cc charge records.
- Inventory and job tracking.
- Material ordering.
- Report and follow through on damage claims to manufactures.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries.
- Schedule installation jobs when ready.
