Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As the HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and selecting top-tier talent to support our mission and expansion at Fenceworks at all of our office locations. Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

· Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards and industry-specific platforms, to attract qualified candidates

· Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit

2. Candidate Relationship Management:

· Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

· Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide feedback when necessary

· Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

· Partner with hiring managers to identify key requirements for open positions and establish effective hiring strategies

· Offer guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices

4. Data Reporting and Follow-up:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment

· Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights to optimize

· Assess candidate performance and experience post-hire and link to hiring / onboarding process

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role

· Fluent in both Spanish and English

· Familiarity with the fencing industry or construction-related roles is a plus

· Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, employment laws, and HR best practices

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
