Job Description: Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Coxsackie, NY Distribution Center. If you are a proven leader in warehouse management, inventory control, process management, work-shift coordination, and are organized with great communication skills, this is the position for you! Expected Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 / year, plus annual target bonus of 10% Responsibilities You will be responsible for the workload planning, production, and execution of a fast-paced operation with 135 hourly associates and the leadership and development of salaried leaders in a building of over 450K Sq ft. Coordinate and ensure all safety and regulatory compliance in a proactive and positive manner Directly oversee daily shift operations to include selection, shipping, receiving, cross docking and trailer loading operations Establish weekly operations plans to ensure all customer volume is processed in a timely manner Run DCs quality functions: supervise internal/external quality controls; track service commitment levels and effectiveness, develop new quality initiatives; implement standard methodologies. Workload planning is balanced to reach budget and production goals Lead all aspects of inventory control in our warehouse and overall quality program to meet daily levels of service and perfect order metrics Hours: 8:00PM - 4:30AM Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelor's Degree preferred 5 years' management experience in supply chain distribution WMS and LMS experience required Leadership and interpersonal skills Good judgment and decision-making abilities A proven understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations Project management experience desired (LEAN, KAIZEN, Agile) A willingness to learn and being able to go above and beyond is a must Ferguson is North America's leading value-added distributor across residential, non-residential, new construction and repair, maintenance, and improvement (RMI) end markets.
