Detailed Job Description
- Conducting daily inventory cycle counts for cannabis inventory & weekly cycle counts for non-cannabis inventory items, including merchandise and apparel
- Preparing & organizing labels of inventory items within the vault and warehouse
- Loading and unloading pallets and boxes onto a box truck
- Driving a box truck between two warehouses
- Assisting in picking & packing of several orders daily
- Maintain inventory par levels in Excel, and update reports daily to inform management
- Provide occasional support with conducting deliveries
- Communicate well with supervisors and other team members
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional tasks such as warehouse management, making deliveries, packaging, etc. on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Experience operating a box truck with a liftgate
- Experience with warehouse equipment (i.e. pallet jack, forklift)
- Massachusetts Driver’s License
- Experience using inventory management software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in the warehouses
- Relocation to the greater Northampton, Massachusetts area, and ability to work on-site five days per week
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work after-hours whenever there is a delivery scheduled
- Must be able to pass Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) background check
- A high degree of integrity and ethical conduct always
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
