Summary – Associate Team Leader assists the Team Leader in managing a specific customer with responsibility for overall business development with this customer. Delivers clients’ volume, share, and sales fundamental goals for assigned customers.
Position is remote but will require travel to the customer, located in Keene, NH estimated once per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities are focused on management and maintenance of the customers proprietary system with deal management, price increases and reporting.
Serves as assistant point of contact on client-specific issues such as Category Management, Consumer Shopping Behavior, and Promotional Strategies, and Co-Marketing initiatives).
Achieve client’s goals and results while maximizing company revenue along with managing the client trade funds at the customer.
Assists Business Managers to provide clear direction and ensure they have a thorough understanding of opportunities; develop collaborative plans with the team to achieve the clients’ goals at the account.
Develops relationships with clients and customers. Pro-actively communicate with team leader and key clients. Maintain exceptional relationships with assigned customer.
Develops and maintain understanding of customer’s strategic plans and leverage accordingly to deliver results for CAF Clients.
Solicits clients support for customer sponsored events and drives (i.e. Charity benefits, Sponsorships, etc.).

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree: or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
