Remote travel coordinator

We are seeking apassionate Sports Coordinator to join our dynamic team facilitatingsportsrelated activities and assisting clients in attending varioussports events.

This role is commissionbased and operates on anindependent contractor basis. Candidates must be at least 18 yearsold authorized to work in the USA Australia Mexico or Colombia havereliable WiFi access and possess a smartphone or computer.

No priorexperience is necessary as training will be provided.Responsibilities include email communication direct vendor contactand booking tickets for clients to a wide range of sportsevents.

KeyResponsibilities :

SportsEventBooking :

Understandclients sports event preferences andrequirements.

Researchand book tickets for various sports events including games matchesandtournaments.

VendorCommunication :

Establishand maintain direct contact with ticket vendors and sports eventorganizers.

Negotiateticket prices group discounts and special packages on behalf ofclients.

ClientRelations :

Provideexcellent customer service by promptly responding to clientinquiries and addressingconcerns.

Keepclients informed about event details ticket availability and anychanges.

AdministrativeTasks :

Maintainaccurate records of client bookings payments andpreferences.

Assistin preparing invoices and receipts forclients.

TrainingandDevelopment :

Participatein training sessions to become knowledgeable about various sportsevents and ticketingprocesses.

Stayupdated on sports event schedules venues and seatingarrangements.

EmailCommunication :

Useemail as the primary mode of communication with clients vendors andteammembers.

Sendevent confirmations itineraries and updates toclients.

Qualifications :

Mustbe at least 18 yearsold.

Authorizedto work in the USA Australia Mexico orColombia.

Accessto reliableWiFi.

Possessionof a smartphone or computer for communication and administrativetasks.

Noprior experience required; training will beprovided.
