Core Responsibilities:

  • Research and book a wide range of travel options, including airfare, hotels, tours, and ground transportation, both domestically and internationally
  • Collaborate with top suppliers like Expedia, Universal Studios, Princess Cruises, Avis, Delta, and more
  • Familiarize yourself with various web-based booking engines and travel resources
  • Calculate pricing and cost adjustments for changes or additional trip fees
  • Issue e-tickets and process credit card payments over the phone

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience is necessary – we'll provide comprehensive training
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
