We're looking for an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly and has a passion for customer service and the products we sell. We're looking for an individual who is able to multi-task and be reliable in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain company sales quotas on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Answer customer inquiries
- New customer acquisition
- Accept payments
- Make changes to customer accounts including upgrades.
- Provide suggestions to customers on ways to improve their experiences with the company.
- Follow company guidelines when assisting customers.
- Follow company protocol when handing a complaint or resolving a conflict.
Requirements:
