What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent position at FFC?
As a Leasing Consultant at Silver Star, you will be an integral part of someone’s journey in finding a new home. We are looking for candidates who will provide excellent customer service, and manage the sales process.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct community tours for future residents.
- Generate leads and lease apartment homes.
- Accurately complete all applicant, lease, and resident paperwork.
- Maintain sensibility of market presence and community value.
- Persistently seek to create team and resident experiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, staff, and guests.
Experience/Requirements:
- 2 years of strong customer service and/or sales experience.
- Retail and/or hospitality background
- Property management background is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate to proficient levels of computer and administrative expertise.
