Job Description:
Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (FGC), a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization, treats and prevents substance abuse, as well as an array of other related problems. Since 1969, FGC's comprehensive programming has educated and guided individuals toward their full potential as productive members within their own families and our society.
FGC’s adult and adolescent programming provides a flexible continuum of care to best address the individual needs of each participant. Through integrated and comprehensive services, including continuous assessment, participants are able to access levels of care and specific services to create an individualized treatment approach. Further, FGC provides special and high-risk populations priority access to specialized programming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assure customer service to staff, clients and guests.
- Direct phone calls to appropriate staff, direct clients to counselors and assist in all file room functions.
- Answer phones and transfer calls from the front desk area.
- Direct clients to the appropriate department or area.
- Perform general office duties, filing, copying, etc. as requested.
- Check clients into the computer as they come in to the clinic.
- Confirm if there are notes/holds for clients in computer.
- Keep front desk clean and prepared for medication hours.
- Maintain files in an orderly and timely fashion.
- Receive patient payments and makes receipts for payments.
- Assist in maintaining order in lobby / medication area.
- Support all toxicology services.
Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday (5:45 AM - 11:00 AM), with rotating Saturdays (6:45 AM - 10:15 AM)

Pay Rate: Up to $15.50 per hour; based on experience
