What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collierville Lead 2nd shift position at FHI, LLC?

Leads perform supervisory and other management responsibilities while also performing work assignments. Leads distribute work assignments to team and coordinate activities. At the direction of the manager, Leads manage the completion of administrative paperwork for reporting daily activity and have some responsibility for ensuring compliance with all FHI policies and procedures. Qualifications and Requirements: High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to speak and write English for effective communication. Basic math skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Mental reasoning capabilities and mature problem solving skills while managing multiple priorities. Interacts respectfully and courteously with employees, co-workers, management, customers and vendors. Demonstrates safety consciousness and set tone for safe, productive, respectful work environment. Demonstrates understanding of preventive measures to reduce freight and property damage. Demonstrates interest in and understanding of all FHI policies and procedures and other employment issues. Leadership skills and ability to supervise people and production effectively.
