BASIC SUMMARY:
Direct e-commerce and member communication throughout the club. Assist in planning, promoting, and directing all Club and Spa membership activity programs to achieve customer (guest, member, employee, corporate and owner) satisfaction, portraying the image of world-class facilities, while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Leadership, professionalism, tact, good judgment, dedication to hospitality industry, friendly and outgoing personality, enthusiasm, great communication skills and a helpful attitude are the cornerstone characteristics of this position.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and approve flyers to advertise events and activities around the Club and Spa.
- Create and maintain vendor relationships.
- Create and publish content on company social media outlets.
- Plan, promote and generate participation for all Club and Spa events, group tours and classes.
- Produce and maintain content for all club member websites - C&S, Tarpon & Golf.
- Maintain and update the Sports TV events video.
- Maintain and upload videos to Fiddler’s Creek YouTube page.
- Maintain and upload photos to Flickr account for C&S, Tennis, Tarpon and Golf
- Decorate the facility, restaurant(s) or event room(s) for events and activities.
- Assist in all areas of Club Operations as required.
- Assist other operations with special projects.
- Communicate and demonstrate company Hospitality Values to guests and staff always.
- Create and supervise BEO Development oversee all administrative and operational aspects of preparing BEO for each individual event.
- Attend weekly BEO meetings.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- College degree in related field of study.
- Public relations, marketing, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Photoshop, Excel, Publisher) and general HTML website knowledge.
- CPR/AED certification required.
- Effectively work in a team.
- Perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Executed tasks and goals without constant direct supervision
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and energy.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills.

- Work a flexible schedule including, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.
- Schedule vacations during the off-season months.
