We are looking for an analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping analyze and develop data driven initiatives. As an indispensable member of the Workplace Investing Data Analytics & Insights Chapter, you'll be embedded within a team focused on Client Reporting and Analytics. The team provides strategic insight into topics related to client reporting. This work is critical to helping Workplace Investing (WI) and Fidelity strive to scale its growth and fully leverage new and existing capabilities.
You will work on a wide array of initiatives that cover both product analytics and client analytics and will focus on delivering reports, dashboards, ad hoc analyses and strategic insights.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
