Job Description:
As Vice President, Look Ahead on the Workplace Segment (\u201CWS\u201D) Look Ahead Team, you will blend deep knowledge of Workplace Segment s mission with strong organizational and analytical skills, in order to help drive the overall effort to understand the customer journey from Workplace to Retail, and simplify that journey to better meet the needs of our customers.
You will partner with leaders across the WS Product Area and Fidelity to influence the broader strategic decisions, help WS define the resource requirements, mission, and approach to executing on specific deliverables, and ensure alignment on the \u201Cwhat,\u201D \u201Chow,\u201D and \u201Cwhen\u201D of the work performed through ongoing planning and prioritization.
The Team
You will work in close partnership with the WS Product Area Leader and Squad Leaders in establishing and evolving WS mission and objectives, while setting the prioritization of work on an ongoing basis and coordinating the measurement and reporting of the Product Area s activities and results.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor s degree required
- Knowledge of Workplace and Personal Investing products and solutions
- Experience driving progress with cross-functional teams
- Experience leveraging data analytics and insights to drive work prioritization and achieve desired business results
- Agile experience preferred, but not required

- Defining, refining, and communicating the mission of the WS Product Area to stakeholders across Fidelity to motivate and rally support
- Anticipating, discovering, and prioritizing client / stakeholder needs to serve as the voice of the clients / stakeholders and guide execution of the team
- Measuring performance through established KPIs and helping to deliver agreed upon business, technology, and people results
- Inspecting and evaluating progress in WS, and removing impediments to making progress
- Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines
