What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Intake Specialist position at Fieger Law?
Fieger Law is hiring! We are looking for an Intake Specialist to join our team. Must have prior customer service/call center experience. This is a full-time position in our beautiful office located in Southfield.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Contacting potential clients to obtain pertinent case information
- Documenting facts in custom database system
- Work in a team setting to determine plan-of-action for potential cases
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Skills:
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and managing documents
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong typing skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer software applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
