What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oilfield Frac / Wellhead Field Specialist position at FieldBridge, LLC?
FieldBridge Energy is looking for Frac Support Technicians, Field Specialists and Manufacturing Technicians (shop based) to work for the wellhead division of the world's largest oilfield services company out of Carmichaels, PA. Oilfield and/or strong mechanical skills are required. Able to work long hours on your feet.
For the field based Frac Tech and FS positions, work 12 hr days so count on significant 1.5 OT $ pay. Pay starts at mid to high $20s per hour. Remember in many weeks you will log more Overtime hours at time-and-a-half than straight time. $35 per diem. This is direct hire work on their payroll including their best-in-class benefits (see below). Must be local, no housing.

Frac Support Technician (7 openings):
- Pay: $22/hr. to $26/hr. DOE
- Schedule: 15 days on / 7 days off
Frac Field Specialists (2 openings):
- Pay: $23/hr. to $28/hr. DOE. It's possible to go higher if you have specific wellhead knowledge.
- Schedule: 21 days on, 6 days off
Manufacturing Technicians (9 openings):
- Pay: $21/hr. DOE.
- Schedule: Current shop is working M-F 5AM to 3:30PM. Occasional 12 hour days and weekends if demand of work required it, but very uncommon.
