Please apply for immediate consideration. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. This is a highly visible position and requires the ability to communicate with all levels of the company as well as franchise owners. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue goals and expand our market presence. What will you do:

  • Build strong relationships with franchisees to increase production and profitability.
  • Lead a group of sales professionals by setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Support Franchisees to develop a marketing program, targeting existing and new accounts.
  • Grow Market share by driving mutual accountability and establishing a measure of performance.
  • Initiate audits and suggest methods to improve performance.
  • Monitor and communicate market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Participate in industry events and tradeshows as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Bi-Lingual / Spanish English (mandatory).
  • Insurance Agency Management Experience (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including software installation.
  • Ability to work independently with remote supervision.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
