What will you do:
- Build strong relationships with franchisees to increase production and profitability.
- Lead a group of sales professionals by setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Support Franchisees to develop a marketing program, targeting existing and new accounts.
- Grow Market share by driving mutual accountability and establishing a measure of performance.
- Initiate audits and suggest methods to improve performance.
- Monitor and communicate market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Participate in industry events and tradeshows as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Bi-Lingual / Spanish English (mandatory).
- Insurance Agency Management Experience (mandatory).
- Proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong technical skills, including software installation.
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision.
- Ability to travel within the region as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
