Fiesta Mart is currently seeking a Human Resources Clerk who will be responsible for all employees filing (creating, auditing, supplementing), auditing new hire information, I-9 compliance, and assisting HR team with special projects.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Maintain all human resources files and documents
- Scans employee documents into system of record
- File documents into appropriate employee files
- Assist with audits of various personnel files
- Assist with company’s I-9 compliance administration
- Create new hire and supplemental packets, etc.
- Open and sort daily internal HR mail
- Assist with internal and external correspondence (new hire approvals, I-9 compliance, etc)
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Periodically organize file room and file cabinets
- Participate in HR staff meetings
- Other duties may be assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year Human Resources experience preferred
- Ability to organize and prioritize assignments and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must have good organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be Bilingual - Spanish
