This position is funded through Doorways (Interfaith Residence) to provide housing services to individuals who are HIV The position also promotes program services.
Summary of essential job functions
· Provides rental, utility, and mortgage assistance, as well as coordinating public transportation services.
· Provides data for reporting purposes and assists in the completion of programmatic reporting
· Maintains client files and documents all interactions with clients or on client’s behalf according to agency standards, generally accepted case management practices, and specific programmatic requirements.
Promotes program services
· Responsible for all other duties as assigned by the Director or Deputy Director that are within the scope of your position.
Minimum requirements
· Education and or experience in case management or permanent supportive housing
· Ability to travel with the possibility of overnight stay
· Reliable transportation, valid Drivers License and auto insurance
