Schedule: Standard business hours from8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm, as scheduled and assigned, and in addition mutual understanding that this job may require working hours outside of the standard business hours due to on-calls and emergencies
Essential Functions:
· Maintain upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings daily.
· Maintains cleanliness of public and work areas throughout the day.
· Completes final breakdown of functions by cleaning the room and cleaning and returning equipment to its proper location.
· Efficiently clean turns per the turn unit policy and guidelines outline by their direct supervisor.
· Adhere to government safety practices and principles.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures for attendance, performance, etc.
· Must be able to work outside in adverse weather conditions, while adhering to our safety practices and principles.
· Remove trash from the interior and exterior office areas.
- Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
- Cleaning of available apartments and or models.
- Daily, weekly, monthly, as needed, and preventative janitorial duties as assigned.
- Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager.

Relationships and Contacts:

Qualifications:
· Proven work experience as a Cleaner or similar role.
· Familiarity with sprinkler systems and other landscaping equipment.
· Knowledge of gardening techniques.
· Ability to stand and lift up to 100 lbs.
· Must possess a valid driver's license under the applicable state laws.
· Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including employees and the general public.
· Knowledge of gardening products such as fertilizers and pesticides.
· Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
· A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
