Regional Sales Account Manager / Outside Sales

The Regional Sales Account Manager is responsible for new business development, selling new accounts within the designated territory, and customer retention. We are seeking a self-driven, tenacious, and charismatic individual, preferably with restaurant or hospitality experience, to sell our services to commercial kitchens within Northwestern Ohio.

The areas of focus for this territory are Toledo, Findlay, and Bowling Green. The territory’s eastern border is Lorain County, western border is Wood County, northern border is Michigan state line, and southern border is Wayne County. Daily travel within the territory, and occasional travel to the Cleveland area, is required.

Advanced Fryer Solutions (AFS) is an independent Franchisee of Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions and the largest franchisee in the system servicing all of Northern Ohio, Most recently the recipient of the
Inc magazine 5000 fastest growing companies in 2020, AFS provides service to 400 customers weekly and is the only company that provides fresh oil delivered in bulk as FiltaGold, detailed cleaning, on-site microfiltration as FiltaFry, onsite waste removal of cooking oil as FIltaBio. We have been a trusted partner of some of the top restaurant operators locally and nationally. As a leader in cooking oil filtration and fryer management services, we aim to make our customers' food taste better and kitchen’s safer all while being environmentally conscious.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:

  • Travel within territory to cold call on prospects
  • Build long-lasting relationships with new customers
  • Identify decision-makers in person and over the phone

Sales:

  • Continually meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strategically negotiate with potential customers to close sales
  • Monitor market trends and conditions
  • Create and present persuasive sales proposals

Account Management:

  • Resolve customer issues
  • Sustain relationships with existing customers

Data Integrity Management:

  • Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales
  • Provide accurate reporting to sales management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 5 years of progressive experience in sales
  • Proficiency in G-Suite products and CRM software
  • Valid Driver’s License
