The Conversion Specialist plays a pivotal role in seamlessly transitioning content from existing client platforms to Finalsite solutions. You will work collaboratively with the Project Management team to ensure the migrated content adheres to web best practices and to leverage the tools and functionality within Finalite solutions effectively to apply required updates.
LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
RESPONSIBILITIES
Migrate content from one platform to another utilizing the tools put in place to assist with the conversion process.
Review migrated content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Reformat content where necessary to optimize its display and functionality.
Collaborate with Project Managers and team members to update progress and provide content best practices.
Analyze client data, identifying potential issues or challenges in data migration and conversion processes.
Provide written feedback for clients on completed tasks.
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with specifications and on time.
Produce timely project reports in accordance with the department’s standards and proactively escalate potential issues when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
Strong understanding of website and notification technologies
Experience using project/and or content management software preferred
Solid understanding of website content best practices, including effective approaches to design, usability, and optimization, with a great eye for visual layout.
Excellent attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills.
Effective written communication skills with the ability to describe technical concepts clearly to clients and team members.
Proficiency in the understanding of Google Sheets and Excel.
Proficiency in the understanding of HTML and CSS preferred.
