SCOPE OF ROLE
Financial Health Network, a small but mighty, non-profit organization is looking for a data and tech savvy sales enablement professional with Salesforce experience to help set up our organization’s business development infrastructure. This contractor will work closely with the business development, shared services, and marketing teams to understand, map, and track our customer journeys across multiple business lines.
This person will be pivotal in the organization’s ability to expand its lead pipelines, track lead generation, and conversions through developing sales tools and processes.
Duration of Project: Approximately 6-9 months
Location: Remote
Expected start date: January 2022
Project Responsibilities:
- Document and map out the customer journey for various business lines
- Oversee the creation of the top of the funnel for lead tracking within the company’s existing Salesforce platform.
- Analyze the existing bottom of the funnel for improvements if needed.
- Identify and oversee the development of ROI and conversion reports.
- Work with Shared Services on implementation of technology needs within our Salesforce system and with the Digital team in our full technology stack.
- Identify and help resolve current data issues and ongoing administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement the training required for utilization of the tools and reports for business development and marketing teams.
- Provide oversight post-launch for ongoing maintenance of the funnel, identify data cleanup needs, and report analysis.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years experience in sales enablement, pipeline development and lead generation in revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas.
- Backend Salesforce experience required. Certified Salesforce administrator preferred,
- Strategic, data-driven with extensive knowledge of best practices and processes.
- Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
- Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches.
- Hubspot experience preferred.
