Service Coordinator

A communication solutions company is hiring a Service Coordinator for their Corpus Christi, Texas location. This is a temp-to-hire position ideally looking for someone with experience in a similar servicing and customer service support role for a business-to-business company.

Pay is $20-26/hour with full-time in-office hours.

Responsibilities:

Equipment Handling:

• Receive equipment from the Rental Manager, review and coordinate programming/testing with technicians.
• Ensure no changes to technician schedules unless a priority ticket is opened.
• Pack and ship equipment to customers according to order and document instructions, including a Delivery Ticket/Packing List and Return FedEx Label.
• Provide Return shipping labels to the Rental Manager and confirm shipment to them and the Sales Rep.
• Inventory returned equipment, update database, and notify the Rental Manager of any missing items.

Customer Service & Administration:

• Manage shipping and receiving for the shop, and establish relationships with customers and vendors.
• Handle customer service issues promptly, perform warehouse and inventory control, and manage repair intake, processing, and delivery.
• Fulfill orders, schedule service, update work-in-progress reports, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Track shipments, resolve defects, and maintain inventory of shipping materials.

Dispatch:

• Communicate with the team about schedules, prioritize work, and update work-in-progress.
• Assess and address customer service needs, maintain relationships, and ensure timely ticket completion and follow-up.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in wireless communications or business to business servicing and customer support
• Administrative experience preferred
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
