We are seeking an HR Generalist (ideally bilingual) but open to anyone with exceptional HR Generalist experience
- Must have previous HR Generalist experience
- FMLA, ADA, and FLSA experience is desired
- experience working in either a manufacturing or distribution environment desired
Location: Simsponville, SC
Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5 (in office)
Pay: $65k-$75k (negotiable)

DUTIES
- This is an HR generalist role that will oversee all new employee onboarding, continued training and development, employee relations, and safety training compliance for a distribution organization
- Working with department heads to understand department and open positions
- Providing tours of the facility to potential hires
- Completing background checks, employee verifications, and onboarding paperwork
- Answer employee questions regarding general, sensitive, or confidential employment matters
- Deal with confidential issues, complaints, and employee relations issues
- Attend disciplinary meetings, terminations, or investigations when needed
- Implement new hire orientation
- Administer benefits, compensation changes, and leave
- Review and track compliance for training, continuing education, licenses, and certifications for employees
- Implement employee recognition programs
- Stay aware of employment laws and regulations to ensure 100% compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
