This is a direct hire position, 100% onsite.
Day to Day:
- Consistently perform seed treatment application and key performance testing
- Perform chemical formulation and optimization
- Perform germination studies
- Develop experimental lab test methods that simulate and predict actual field performance
- Understand cause and effect in experimental design
- Maintain clean and safe work environments; participate fully in the safety process
Qualifications:
- Chemistry or Engineering degree or related technical field
- Relevant internship or 1-3 years of work experience
- Previous experience with industrial coatings and dispersion is a strong plus
- Experience using milling equipment
- Lab documentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
