HRA great company in Greenville is seeking a Part Time HR Assistant to assist their HR Generalist. This individual will perform HR admin tasks to support their HR department.
This position will be 20-25 hours per week and is temp-to-hire. Fully on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain up to date HR files
- Answer questions from employees regarding HR policies/benefits and refer more complex questions to HR manager
- Complete HR tasks related to recruitments, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and terminations
- Assist with organizing special event likes benefit enrollment period, employee recognition events, and company-wide events.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday - Friday, 8-1 or 12-5
- Fully on-site
- $17-22/hour depending on experience
