As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous and exceptional service to all customers.

The front desk receptionist plays a key role in maintaining the store's reputation and image.

As with all positions within our dealerships, receptionists are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following:

  • Greets the showroom customers and assists them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member.
  • Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, operates multi line phone system and takes accurate messages.
  • Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
  • Participates in required training.
  • Records all hours worked accurately in company's timekeeping system.     
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the reception area, lobby, and coffee station during the course of the day.
  • Performs general administrative duties.

Skills:

  • Customer Service Experience required
  • Car Dealership Experience preferred
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency required
  • Familiarity with vehicle models and personnel within the dealership a huge plus!
  • Polite and professional in manner
  • Organized to keep track of all incoming calls and visitors
  • Superb communication skills, as the first point of contact in the dealership!
