About the Role
Finfare is looking for an internal Recruiter to help drive the rapid growth of our entire team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach to offer, negotiation, and closing stages. We have extremely high recruiting standards and are passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires someone who is relationship-driven and passionate about sourcing and recruiting only the very best.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with department leaders to design a tailored recruiting strategy, as well as find the niche talents in limited talent pools
- Assist in recruiting and hiring efforts within other departments as needed
- Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer acceptance
- Guide the hiring decision by critically reviewing feedback, providing compensation guidance, and driving close process while staying objective through the offer stages
- Negotiate salary and benefit packages
- Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- Understand our broader business and be able to effectively answer questions around Finfare's strategy, goals, and culture
- Ensure a seamless, uniform, high touch stellar candidate experience throughout the process
- Make suggestions and recommendations on improving Talent Acquisition strategies and involved in execution.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment with a focus on primarily corporate roles, but not limited to technical and non-technical roles to support the rest of the team.
- Ability to act as a talent advisor to hiring managers while taking into consideration immediate needs, short-term needs, and long term departmental goals.
- Active and data-driven approach to problem-solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient.
- Solid experience sourcing diverse talent through multiple creative channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Github, etc., and industry conferences and university partnerships.
- Outstanding communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and connect with people of all levels.
- Self-motivated and driven; an active learner excited to try new solutions, and quickly iterate to improve the way you do things. You see potential challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.
- Experience closing senior and/or “hard to fill” roles and negotiating complex compensation packages.
- Accustomed to multitasking, self-prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines.
- Hardworking, organized, and have a stellar work ethic.
- Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to think on your feet but with enough humility to ask questions.
- Strong preference for experience working with Compliance, Credit, and Commercial Banking roles.
- Strong foundational knowledge of team structures within departments such as engineering, data, UX/UI, product, operations, marketing, and credit/risk, compliance, etc. is strongly preferred.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- Fintech and startup industry experience strongly preferred.
- Must be open to working 4-5 days on-site in Irvine, CA.
- 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience primarily sourcing/hiring primarily with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Must have experience recruiting in ATS Greenhouse.
- Technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering (SDEs), data engineering, UI/UX, credit/risk, or compliance is heavily preferred.
- Experience with recruiting for a exponentially growing company strongly preferred.
- Experience using SeekOut or other creative sourcing tools/strategies is a bonus.
Compensation
The compensation for the role is $70,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience).
