Finish Line is looking for a Floor Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Oversee the floor staff, including scheduling, training and performance reviews.
- Ensure that all sales and service staff adhere to health and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory levels, ensuring that sales staff are trained to maximize inventory levels in the store.
- Ensure that all merchandise is displayed properly and in close proximity to other merchandise.
- Manage the use of store space (meeting rooms, hallways, etc.)to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Report any issues or concerns to management and or senior management.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- 2 years’ experience as a floor manager in retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated ability to deal with customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
