We offer affordable commercial painting on all types of materials. We have a significant customer base in the Merrimack Valley, but provide services for customers globally. Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, payroll, A/P, A/R, Invoicing calendar management, QuickBooks, vendor management, budgeting, and general office administration.

Duties

- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails, mail)
- Assist with human resources tasks such as employee onboarding and offboarding
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with vendor relationships
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking

- Maintain office policies and procedures

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role (2-3 years)
- Experience with QuickBooks (account processing) and PayChex (payroll processing)
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience with MS Office Products, UPS/FedEx experience a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and general office equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
