Job Summary:
We are seeking strong skilled and motivated Roofing Consultant(s) to join our team. As a Roofing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients regarding roofing solutions. Your primary goal will be to assess client needs, recommend appropriate roofing products, educate consumers, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for the construction industry.
Responsibilities and duties:
The primary duties of the Roofing Consultant are to inspect, sell, educate, service and represent the company in a professional manner. They focus on following company processes and generating sales, providing services to the client throughout the claim and construction process. Roofing Consultant(s) is responsible for completing company generated lead appointments while continuously generating leads of their own through our proven field marketing techniques. They perform all initial inspections and can also provide estimates for non-insurance related projects. They also complete and assist homeowners with their scheduled adjuster appointments to ensure the claim details are provided to the insurance company. Completing Full Roof Inspections with knowledge while documenting and advising homeowners on all areas for concern. Roofing Consultants are the homeowners primary customer contact and Liasson throughout the duration of their project. They are responsible for communicating honestly and providing transparent recommendations to homeowners for their overall roof health.
Duties Required for Success:
- Generate sales by identifying and contacting potential customers to generate new revenue.
- Follow Company processes and procedures to support company branding and model.
- Attend, report and fully participate in all Company team meetings, events and communicate daily duties to their reporting manager.
- Create strategic methods for sales tactics as instructed by Company Management.
- Evaluate and discuss areas needed for improvement to allow company to provide consistent training and development as needed for substantial growth.
- Accurately enter and manage contact profiles, job profiles, data, communications, and all detailed information into company relationship management systems. (CRM)
- Consistently providing professional communication and prompt responses to staff, customers, vendors and management.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners and potential leads within the community and attending local networking events.
- Communicate referral programs and seasonal customer incentive programs.
- Complete assigned company generated residential lead appointments.
- Communicate and assist all adjuster appointments assigned.
- Consistent reporting to management on Sales goals, data and metrics.
- Communicate with all team members in a professional manner to support transparency and allow smooth processing of tasks.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in order to gather accurate measurements for any type of roofing or construction project (tools provided by company)
- Ability to use company provided tools and equipment with careful skill and knowledge.
- Manage and utilize all company provided digital management systems and portals. (Company Cam, Job Nimbus, Roof Quote Pro, RoofR, Eagle view, Sales Rabbit, Proline, Hover, Upgrade, KPI Sales Data and Metrics, Microsoft Office programs, Google Shared docs, PDF/video presentations, Zoom meetings, Canvassing tracking applications, etc.)
- Ability to complete Full Roof Inspections and utilizing company provided tools.
- Physical ability to climb (12 foot ladder/multi story) and access all types of roof slopes and pitches.
- Understanding and knowledge of safety hazards, safety equipment, & PPE for all scopes of work.
- Canvass storm Damaged areas*
- Hand Deliver mail out’s in targeted areas*
- Follow structured “Follow-up process” for all self generated, company generated and canvassed leads.
